POST ORDER CHANGES

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, we allow a 30-minute window to make post-order changes during customer service working hours (10am to 5pm EST, Monday - Friday). If you are outside this timeframe, your order has already been processed and cannot be revoked. Please HELLO@JUMZS.COM if you wish to make adjustments.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  • Shipping within the United States and Canada takes 5-8 business days.

WHAT SHIPPING PARTNERS DO YOU USE?

  • UPS and USPS are our preferred shipping carriers for all orders within the United States and Canada. 
  • DHL and FedEx are our preferred shipping carriers for all orders outside of the United States and Canada.

MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?

In the rare case that your tracking number shows your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, we ask that you contact the shipping provider for more information. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider, and they will be able to open an investigation to help locate your package.

JUMZ are not liable for any unforeseen issues caused by any shipping carrier at your destination

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES OR TAXES?

  • There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.
  • Please note that JUMZ does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
  • Keep in mind that we’re not responsible to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • For hygiene purposes all of our jewelry are non returnable and are final sale.
  • We thrive to please our customers and ensure all of our products pass the highest quality check. Due to the nature of our bead bags being 100% hand beaded we are unable to accept returns.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

I HAVE TWO PROMO CODES, CAN I USE BOTH?

Promo code and discounts codes cannot be combined with existing promotional codes and will not be honored.

CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO A PAST ORDER?

Discount codes can not be applied to orders that have been processed and/or previous orders.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

To care for gold-plated jewelry, avoid contact with water and harsh chemicals, store it separately in a cool, dry place, and clean gently with a soft cloth when needed.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HANDBAGS?

JUMZ Bead Bags are made to last a lifetime with proper care. Use clean hands while handling beaded bags.Use a soft cloth and lukewarm water to dab or wipe the stain away.
